  • Product Description
  • Technical Features

    1. Employs advanced DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology, featuring powerful detection and monitoring capabilities;

    2. The display uses touch screen technology, with a large-screen Chinese display without any switches or buttons. It shows the EPS simulation process, making operation convenient and quick. Data information can be clearly read from the display screen, and it also has an audio-visual alarm system;

    3. The inverter section uses ASIC control technology. Power devices use IGBT modules from Fuji Electric (Japan). Each IGBT has an independent drive circuit and protection against overcurrent, output short circuit, and excessively high/low/high temperature inverter voltage. The switching section uses bidirectional static switches from three major Japanese manufacturers;

    4. The charger uses a two-stage charging method: constant current charging followed by constant voltage charging. It also has functions such as equalization charging, trickle charging, and overcharge protection, significantly extending battery life;

    5. The battery detection section can detect each individual battery used by the EPS. It uses a two-way communication method, a one-to-many connection. Each cycle can measure 128 single batteries (12V), measuring the battery capacity and activity indicators. It accurately locates failed batteries and issues an alarm signal, ensuring reliable power supply for the EPS system;

    6. It has fault and alarm logs. These logs quickly show the faulty part, allowing for rapid troubleshooting of EPS faults;

    7. This EPS uses variable frequency SPWM waveform output, making the product suitable for click-type loads;

    8. It has multiple communication interfaces including real-time monitoring RS232/RS422, dry contacts, SNMP card, and Modem, supporting the TCP/IP protocol and adapting to LAN, WAN, and internet network monitoring. It also has a fire linkage interface, allowing remote and fire center control.
