  • Product Description
  • Technical Features

    1. Adopts advanced DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology, with powerful detection and monitoring functions;

    2. The display uses touch screen technology, with a large-screen Chinese display without any switches or buttons, showing the EPS simulation process. Operation is convenient and quick, allowing for clear and easy reading of data information from the screen, and featuring an audio-visual alarm system;

    3. The inverter section uses ASIC control technology. Power devices use IGBT modules from Fuji Electric of Japan. Each IGBT has an independent driver circuit and protection against overcurrent, output short circuits, and high, low, and overheating inverter voltage. The switching section uses bidirectional static switches from three major Japanese manufacturers;

    4. The charger uses a two-stage charging method of constant current charging followed by constant voltage charging, and also has equalization charging, float charging, and overcharge protection functions. This significantly extends the battery life;

    5. The battery detection section can detect each individual battery used in the EPS, using a bidirectional communication method, one-to-many connection, measuring 128 individual batteries (12V) per cycle. It measures battery capacity and activity indicators, accurately locates faulty batteries and issues an alarm signal to ensure reliable EPS power supply;

    6. Has fault recording and alarm recording. Through these records, the fault location can be quickly identified, allowing for rapid troubleshooting of EPS faults;

    7. Has branch circuit open circuit alarm indication and branch circuit short circuit protection functions. When a short circuit occurs in a branch circuit, the power supply to that branch circuit is immediately cut off, preventing inverter protection from causing a power outage affecting all branches;

    8. Has multiple communication interfaces for real-time monitoring, including RS232/RS422, dry contacts, SNMP card, and Modem, supporting TCP/IP protocol, suitable for LAN, WAN and INTERNET network monitoring. It also has a fire linkage interface for remote and fire center control.
