03 How long does it take to convert one vehicle from oil to electricity?
Li Shengli: Currently, the average modification cycle for one vehicle is 7-15 days. After testing and acceptance, a modified pure electric loader that meets factory standards will be shipped to Hunan in a few days to complete the final delivery and officially put into production and application. At that time, we will follow up on its operating condition. I remember that when this vehicle first arrived, the original vehicle modification failed to meet customer expectations and was declared a failure. After inquiring from multiple sources, the customer transported the vehicle to our Yaoxing. Because the vehicle components had already been disassembled and modified, it increased the difficulty of modification to some extent.
With tight time and heavy tasks, under such circumstances, our core team held an emergency meeting overnight to repeatedly study and discuss the technical difficulties and key points. After a comprehensive, systematic, and careful analysis, we decided to modify and optimize the problem of enhancing the motor coupling power. Through the continuous technical efforts of all members for many days, we developed a direct connection technical transformation plan, effectively solving the previous problem of insufficient power and achieving a win-win result of customer satisfaction and brand output.
