Shanxi Yaoxing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2023. It is a subsidiary of the parent company, Fan's Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., and is a new energy technology innovation enterprise integrating the design, manufacturing, sales, maintenance, and service of new energy battery equipment; the recycling and dismantling of scrapped vehicles and power batteries; integrated charging piles with photovoltaics, energy storage, and charging and inspection; and the conversion of off-road machinery fuel vehicles to electric vehicles.
Shanxi Yaoxing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2023 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. It is a joint venture between Linfen Rural Collective Economy Supply Chain Co., Ltd. and Fan's Science and Technology Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
The company's main businesses include: supporting the recycling and dismantling of scrapped vehicles, integrating the upstream and downstream industrial chains and supply chains, covering the recycling and dismantling of scrapped motor vehicles, the recycling and dismantling of new energy power batteries, cascade utilization, integrated charging piles and scheme design for photovoltaics, energy storage, charging, and inspection, complementary advantages of wind power, photovoltaics, and energy storage power stations, and new energy businesses such as the conversion of off-road engineering machinery fuel vehicles to electric vehicles.
The company's main products include: UPS, EPS power series; recycled materials after dismantling scrapped vehicles; cascade used lithium-ion batteries and related products; charging piles; integrated energy storage equipment; intelligent energy management systems; new energy-saving BBU cabinets; miniaturized integrated power supplies; AC-DC power supplies; outdoor integrated temperature-controlled energy-saving cabinets, etc.
As a key demonstration project in the Linfen Economic Development Zone, the company has cultivated and developed new productive forces according to local conditions, replacing "black" with "green" and moving towards "new" with "green." Good results are gradually emerging: the company's project has newly built production lines for dismantling scrapped motor vehicles, recycling and dismantling scrapped new energy vehicles, recycling and dismantling cascade utilization of lithium-ion power batteries, and a "V2G and V2B" integrated distributed charging microgrid demonstration point. Currently, more than 20 integrated charging pile demonstration projects are being developed in the Linfen Economic Development Zone, and more than 200 off-road engineering machinery fuel vehicles have been successfully converted to electric vehicles. Users have reported that the performance is better than before modification, receiving consistent praise.
