Abstract

Shanxi Yaoxing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yaoxing Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fan's Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., officially settled in the Gan Ting Park of Linfen Economic and Technological Development Zone in April this year. As of now, the installation and supporting projects of the scrapped power battery dismantling and cascade utilization production equipment have been completed as scheduled. With the establishment of the company's internal organizational structure and the implementation of various preparatory work, it will soon be officially put into operation. The successful implementation of this project has filled the gap in the field of recycling, dismantling, and cascade utilization of scrapped power batteries in our province, marking a solid step forward in the company's transformation, development, and diversification.
